Kansas City Soccer Club's philosophy emphasizes a true team approach with coaches, parents and players all working together to create a special environment that uniquely stands out as one of the best amongst the top competitive clubs in the Kansas City area.

The mission of the club is to positively affect the player by fostering a supportive atmosphere of coaching and instruction to allow for each individual to become the most proficient, skilled and tactically sound player he/she can be.
